The engine has been upgraded to a 600 HP model with national VI emission standards, designated as MC13H.60-61, which is the result of an optimized upgrade based on the original MC13 model. The displacement has increased from the previous 12.419 liters to 13.02 liters, and the output power has correspondingly risen to 600 horsepower. At the same time, its maximum output torque reaches 2700 Nm, and this maximum torque can be delivered within the speed range of 950-1400 rpm, thereby providing a broader economic fuel consumption zone.

The transmission is a 12-speed AMT gearbox, model HW25712XAC. It features 12 forward gears, with the highest gear being an overdrive that achieves a transmission ratio of 0.79. The transmission case is made of iron material and is equipped with a Voith hydraulic retarder, providing excellent braking performance. In addition, this transmission has a maximum input torque of up to 2500 Nm, and its internal gear design is helical, which not only improves transmission efficiency but also outperforms direct gear designs in noise control.
